Rey Ortiz is a Men’s & Women’s Wear designer who has a special interest in dressing up drag queens and other fabulous performers. Born in Puerto Rico, Rey was a very creative child who would tackle any challenge. He completed his masters degree in animation from the Savannah College of Art and Design, but his love of the digital arts did not diminish his passion for crafts and more traditional arts. After returning to the Caribbean island , Rey took several technical courses on pattern making and tailoring which he considers to be his best investment to date. From there, he moved to Dallas were he continued sewing, creating his fan base on social media, and other community association activities.
